Ingredients
- 5 c thinly sliced potatoes
- 1 slice cooked ham
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c milk
- 1/2 c chopped gr onions
- 1/4 c chopped gr pepper
- 1/2 t salt
- dash pepper
- butter
Preparation
Step 1
Place potatoes in greased 2 qt casserole. Cut ham in serving pieces and bury in potatoes. In blender combine soup, milk, onion,green pepper, and seasonings, pour over potatoes. Dot top with butter. Cover and bake 350* for 1 hr. remove cover and bake 45 min
