Basic White Bread (1.5 # size)

Good sandwich bread. Good toast. Holds together well.

Ingredients

• 1 1/8 C. + 1 Tbsp water
• 3 1/4 c. bread flour
• 2 Tbsp sugar
• 1 1/2 Tbsp dry milk
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 Tbsp butter
• 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
• 2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast if using quick cycle

Preparation

Step 1

Place ingred. in machine according to your machine directions. YOU MAY NEED 2 TBSP WATER OR 2 TBSP FLOUR ACCORDING TO DOUGH TEXTURE.
This makes good bierock dough.
