Beef Enchiladas

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco mix
- 2 cans enchilada sauce
- 1 can green chiles diced
- Flour tortillas
- 1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground beef and drain fat. Add taco mix into meat (add water as directed)
In separate bowl mix 2 cans enchilada sauce and diced chiles. Add 1 cup of
mixture to meat. Heat oven to 425 degrees. In a glass pan spread half the enchilada
mixture in bottom of pan. Coat pan with Pam. Spoon 2-3 spoonfuls of meat into
flour tortillas. Roll and place in pan with seams down. Pour the rest of the mixture
on top of tortillas. Then top with cheese. Bake until hot and bubbly, about 20-30
minutes
