Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. bacon, fried & crumbled
- 1 c. shredded cheese (any kind)
- 1/3 c. onion, chopped
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 4 eggs
- Salt & pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Lightly grease 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion over bottom of pie plate. Place remaining ingredients in blender, cover and blend on high 1 minute. Pour over bacon mixture and bake 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes until golden brown and knife comes out clean when inserted in center. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Serves 6.
