Ingredients
- 3 full slabs of pork ribs (St. LOUIS ribs) cut in half

Preparation
Step 1
Rub ribs with Kansas City rub
Take tin foil and put ribs on like domino's
Take ends of tin foil and roll together and flatten
Then pull up sides and roll in and flatten
Cook low on two burners (on one if you only have 2 burners)
for 1/2 hour, each side.
Take ribs out of tin foil and put on grill directly, and
put on Kansas City BBB sauce,
Cook on high for 5 minutes each side.
