Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 oz) spreadable chive and onion cream cheese
- 2 C. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 t. paprika
- 1/2 t. cayenne pepper
- 1 celery rib or broccoli stalk
- sliced apples and assorted crackers
Preparation
Step 1
In small bowl, beat cream cheeses until smooth. Stir in cheddar cheese, paprika and cayenne. Shape cheese mixture into a ball; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm.
With the opposite side of a knife blade, add vertical lines to ball to resemble a pumpkin; insert half of a celery rib with leaves for stem.
