Harvesttime Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 oz) spreadable chive and onion cream cheese
  • 2 C. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 t. paprika
  • 1/2 t. cayenne pepper
  • 1 celery rib or broccoli stalk
  • sliced apples and assorted crackers

Preparation

Step 1

In small bowl, beat cream cheeses until smooth. Stir in cheddar cheese, paprika and cayenne. Shape cheese mixture into a ball; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm.

With the opposite side of a knife blade, add vertical lines to ball to resemble a pumpkin; insert half of a celery rib with leaves for stem.
