Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies w/whole wheat flour

Ingredients
- 2 cups quick cooking oats
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 6 tbsp Promise spread-stick
- 1 1/4 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup toasted finely chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Grease baking sheets, set aside. In medium bowl, combine oats, flours and baking sods, set aside. In large bowl with electric mixer, beat Promise Spread-Stick and brown sugar on medium for 3 minutes or until creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla until blended. Gradually mix in oat mixture on low-speed just until blended. Stir in dried cranberries and pecans. On prepared sheets, drop dough by 2 tbsp, 4 inches apart. Bake 12 minutes or until edges are golden and centers are set. On wire rack, cool 2 minutes, remove from sheets and cool completely.
