Ingredients

  • 2

    cups quick cooking oats

  • ½

    cup whole wheat flour

  • ½

    cup all purpose flour

  • 1

    tsp baking soda

  • 6

    tbsp Promise spread-stick

  • cups firmly packed light brown sugar

  • 1

    egg

  • 1

    tsp vanilla extract

  • 1

    cup dried cranberries

  • ½

    cup toasted finely chopped pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease baking sheets, set aside. In medium bowl, combine oats, flours and baking sods, set aside. In large bowl with electric mixer, beat Promise Spread-Stick and brown sugar on medium for 3 minutes or until creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla until blended. Gradually mix in oat mixture on low-speed just until blended. Stir in dried cranberries and pecans. On prepared sheets, drop dough by 2 tbsp, 4 inches apart. Bake 12 minutes or until edges are golden and centers are set. On wire rack, cool 2 minutes, remove from sheets and cool completely.
