1. Heat oil in a saute pan, put the rice in and stir until its light brown(like you would with the Rice a Roni). Then you turn off put aside while you blend the rest of the ingredients. Turn on the pan again and use a strainer when putting the liquid to the rice. Boil first the cover an simmer for about 20 min. on low.
