Butterscotch Toffee Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c canola oil
  • 1 pkg butter pecan cake mix
  • 1 pkg butterscotch chips
  • 1 pkg (8oz)milk chocolate English toffee bits

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, beat eggs and oil until blended. Gradually add cake mix and mix well. Fold in the chips and toffee bits.

Drop by tablespoons 2 in apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 350 for 10-12 min or until golden brown. Cool for 1 min before removing to wire racks.
