Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 2 1/2 cups shredded sharp white cheddar
- 1/2 cup lite mayonnaise or just enough to make the mixture stick together
- A few dashes of cayenne pepper
- 1 jar strawberry jam
Preparation
Step 1
Combine chopped pecans, shredded cheddar, mayonnaise, and a few dashes of cayenne pepper in a bowl and mix until it's combined.
Line a bundt pan with plastic wrap. Leave enough on each side to fold over the sides.
Press the cheese mixture into the bundt pan. Refrigerate for at least 3 hrs or over night.
Once set, flip it out on a plate. Put the jam in the hole. Serve with crackers.
