Betty's Pecan Cake

Ingredients

• 1 Box, Butter Pecan Cake Mix
• 3/4 cup oil
• 1 cup water
• 4 eggs
• 1 can coconut-pecan frosting
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar + 1/4 cup chopped pecans, mixed together to coat pan with.

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients, except frosting. for 2 minutes with hand mixer.
Add frosting and mix until blended.

Grease cake pan and coat with powdered sugar & chopped pecans.

Bake for 55 minutes at 350º.
