  • 1 lb fresh salmon fillets
  • 8 cream cheese softened
  • 1 Tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
  • Parsley flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Place salmon in lightly greased veggie steamer and steam 10 minutes.

Cool, flake, being careful to remove skin and bones.

Combine salmon with next 5 ingredients.

Shape salmon mixture in a ball and lightly sprinkle with parsley flakes.

Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.
