Ingredients

  • SLAW:
  • 3 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup chopped unpeeled red apple
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp celery seed
  • DRESSING:
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 Tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp oil

Preparation

Step 1

In medium bowl, combine all slaw ingredients. In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend well. Pour over slaw; toss well. Refrigerate before serving, if desired.
