- 2 T white pepper
- 2 t nutmeg, freshly grated
- 1 t cloves
- 1 t dried ginger

Step 1
The standard French "four-spice" blend is has pepper as its base.
Grind all the ingredients to a fine powder.
The mixture will keep in an airtight container for 3-4 months.
