Denver Omelet in the Oven

Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk (or cream)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup finely chopped fully cooked ham
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together; stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour into the prepared baking dish.

Bake omelet at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until done.
