Mini Meatballs in Cranberry-Peach Sauce

Ingredients
- MEATBLLS
- 2 lbs lean ground meat
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup finely onions
- 2 clove garlic crushed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp green onions finely chopped
- CRANBERRY-PEACH SAUCE
- 1 (16 oz) can whole cranberry sauce
- 1 (8 oz) can sliced peaches in light syrup drained
- 1/2 cup prepared mild picante salsa
- 2 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
- dash ground allspice

Preparation
Step 1
Heat over 350
In lg bowel mix all meatball ingredients. Mixing lightly but thoroughly.
Shape meat mixture into 64 1" metballs.
Place on rack in broiler pan.
Bake 350 oven 18-20 minutes or until no longer pink and juices run clear.
While meatballs are cooking combine cranberry sauce and peaches in food processor fitted with steal blade process pulsing on and off until finely chopped.
In a lg nonstick skillet, combine fruit mixture and remaining sauce ingredients.
Bring to boil reduce heat to med low simmer 5 minutes atir occasionally.
Add meatballs to skillet continue to cook until meatballs are heated through stirring occasionally.
Garnish with green onions
