Ingredients
- pineapple juice
- maraschino cherries
- ginger ale
- whisky
- prosecco
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, pour in 1 quart of pineapple juice. Add maraschino cherries and mix well. Pour in ginger ale and whisky and stir gently. Pour the whole thing into a rectangular glass baking pan. Cover with plastic wrap. Freeze until it has turned to a slushie (about 2 hours).
Take out of the freezer. Scoop out the slushie into a tall glass - about 2 scoops per glass. Pour prosecco gently on top of it.
