Ingredients
- 300 g (1/3 of 900 grm pkg) spaghetti, uncooked
- 1 cup snow peas, cut lengthwise in half
- 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
- 1/4 cup Asian Sesame Dressing
- 1 tbsp lite soy sauce
- 1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 cup matchlike carrot sticks
- 3 green onions, diagonally sliced
- 2 tsp chopped peanuts
Preparation
Step 1
Cook spaghetti in large saucepan as directed adding snow peas to boiling water in the last 30 seconds.
Drain spaghetti mixture, reserving 1/4 cup cooking water. Mix peanut butter, dressing and soy sauce. Gradually stir in reserved water.
Place spaghetti in large bowl. Add peanut butter mixture; toss to coat. Stir in vegetables; top with nuts.
