  • 1 T flour
  • 4 T butter
  • 1/2 t garlic salt
  • 2 10oz pkgs frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
  • 1 T dry minced onions, or 1 small onion, diced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Step 1

Combine soup, flour, butter and garlic salt in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until smooth and piping hot.
Combine with spinach and onion, adding salt and pepper to taste.
