MOCK CREAMED SPINACH , BOSTON MARKET

- 1 10oz can of cream of celery soup
- 1 T flour
- 4 T butter
- 1/2 t garlic salt
- 2 10oz pkgs frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
- 1 T dry minced onions, or 1 small onion, diced
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Combine soup, flour, butter and garlic salt in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until smooth and piping hot.
Combine with spinach and onion, adding salt and pepper to taste.
