Ingredients

  • 2

    lb boneless beef chuck roast

  • 1

    cup beef broth

  • ½

    cup oyster sauce

  • cup coconut aminos

  • Pinch ground ginger

  • 2

    heaping T arrowroot powder

  • Broccoli

  • Sesame seeds

Directions

Place beef in crockpot Pour beef broth, oyster sauce and coconut aminos. Add pinch of ginger Cover and cook for 7-8 hours on low. With about an hour left, separate meat. 15 minutes before mealtime ladle some juice into a bowl. Add arrowroot powder and mix well. Add back to pot and leave uncovered.
