Garlic Naan

Garlic Naan is an Indian flat bread, infused with a nice garlic & coriander flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fine flour (maida)
- 10 cloves garlic peeled
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp soda bicarbonate
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves,chopped
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Sieve fine flour leaving some aside for dusting with baking powder, soda
bicarbonate & salt.
2. Grind garlic cloves to a fine paste.
3. Add sugar, milk, garlic paste, yogurt, chopped coriander leaves to flour
mixture & mix.
4. Add water as required & knead into a medium soft dough.
5. Apply a little oil, cover with a damp cloth & set aside for at least an
hour.
6. Punch dough with your hands to make it soft & pliable.
7. Divide dough into equal balls, cover & let it rest for an hour .
8. Preheat oven to 250°C. Roll each dough ball on a floured surface into a
five to six inch diameter disc.
9. Pull it from one end to get the elongated shape of a naan.
10. Cook in the preheated oven at 250°C for seven minutes.
11. Remove, apply butter over it & serve hot.
