Cups Tomato Sauce
can (35 oz of plum tomatoes - blended)
6oz can of tomato paste
Fresh onion (chopped)
In a large pot, brown pork chop (or sausage or beef). Remove set aside. Brown garlic & onion in olive oil. Add plum tomatoes (already blended), tomato paste & basil. Add pork chop to sauce & cook on low flame until thick (1 - 2 hours). Stir occasionally.
