Ingredients
- 6 cups flour
- 2 cups warm water(or beer)
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp dry yeast
- 2 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl
You can add oregano, pepper, parmesan, garlic, basil etc to make you crust tastier
Mix with the dough hook of your mixer
You want a all that is barely sticky
Once you have a ball knead it a bit with your hands.. Put back into bowl, cover and let rise about an hour in a warm place
If preparing the night before pat the dough with a little flour on the outside and cover with saran.
Preparing the Crust
Preheat the oven to 425 an sprinkle your baking sheets with flour. Then spread out the dough with a small edge like a crust
Toss in the oven for 6 minutes then pop in the refrigerator
Top with sauce and toppings and bake at 400 for about 15 min
