Ingredients
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix together well, add steak and completely cover the steak with the marinade, next put the steaks in a large gallon size Ziploc bag,pour the left over marinade in with them, seal, put in the fridge, and let marinate over night.
