- Choc. cake mix w/pudding included
- 10 oz.caramels
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- choc. chips
- cool whip, thawed

Preparation
Step 1
Mix cake according to package directions. Pour 1/2 batter into greased & floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Melt caramels with milk & butter. Let cool.
Pour over cake; sprinkle with choc. chips. Pour remaining batter over mixture & bake for additional 20 minutes. Cool.
Frost with cool whip.
