Pressure Cooker Artichokes

Ingredients

• 2 med artichokes
• 2 cups water

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the leaves and the stock of the artichokes
Put artichokes in pot right side up.
Add the water to the 2 cup mark.

Cook high pressure and set timer for 13 minutes.
