Rib Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • 1 c. water
  • 4 T. lemon juice
  • 2 T. brown sugar
  • 4 T. vegetable oil
  • 1/2-1 t. Tabasco sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 t. black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cmbine all together and place in a freezer bag along with the ribs. After you have marinated the ribs, place the racks on a foil lined sheet pan. Bake them in the oven covered tightly with approx. 2 cups of the marinade on the ribs at 250 degrees for about 3 hours. Then move them to the grill and brush with barbeque sauce. Sauce them until they get a good crust on them.
