Ingredients

  • 1/2 LB Olives drained
  • 3 Tbsp Capers
  • 8 Anchovies
  • 1 Clove garlic
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp fresh Lemon
  • Pinch fresh Thyme
  • 1/8 C Flat Parsley
  • Olive Oil

Preparation

Step 1

Put everything except olive oil in blender. Blend a few seconds now start adding olive oil through
open cap in lid. Blend until smooth.
