Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325. Butter a 9×13 pan.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, oil, eggs and sour cream. Stir by hand, approximately 50 strokes or until all large lumps are gone. Pour 1/2 batter into pan.
Combine brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over batter. Spoon other half of batter over cinnamon sugar. Swirl cake with a knife so it looks like a honey bun.
Bake for about 40 minutes. Frost while cake is hot.
