Ingredients
- IN SEPARATE POT BOIL:
- 12 cups zucchini - grated
- 4 large onions, chopped
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 2 red peppers, chopped
- Sprinkle with 1/3 cup pickling salt and leave overnight.
- Rinse and drain well.
- 3 cups white vinegar
- 4 cups white sugar
- 2 tsps celery salt
- 2 tsps mustard seed
- 2 tsps Tumeric
- 5 tbsps cornstarch
- Add to relish. Bring to boil and boil altogether for 20 minutes until transparent.
