SCALLOP AND LOBSTER BAKE

Ingredients

  • SAUCE:
  • 1 lb scallops
  • 1 tin (large) lobster
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1-1/2 cuups celery, chopped
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • grated cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Separate scallops and sprinkle with salt. Melt butter and fry vegetables for 10 minutes. Put in 1-1/2 quart casserole scallops, lobster, vegetables and white sauce with cheese added. Mix together well. Top with 1 cup soft buttered bread crumbs.

Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
