Ingredients
- 4 oz uncooked fettuccine
- 1/4 lb bulk italian sausage
- 1 cup cooked onions
- 1/2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 6oz jar marinated artichoke hearts in oil, drained, cut into small
- pieces
- 2 cups prepared spaghetti sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Cook fettuccine to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; keep warm. Meanwhile, in medium skillet over medium high heat, brown sausage with onions; drain. Stir in pepper, garlic powder, artichoke hearts and spaghetti sauce; mix well. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. To serve, pour sauce over cooked fettuccine. Garnish wi9th grated parmesan cheese and chopped fresh basil, if desired.
