Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon, diced
- 1 cup diced onions or more
- 1 cup diced celery or more
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 can (6-1/2 oz.) clams or 3/4 lb. clams
- 1/2 lb. shrimp or 3/4 lb. shrimp
- 1 lb. crab
- 2 - 3 cups milk (more or less)
- Salt, pepper, seafood seasoning to your taste
- 3 tbsps cornstarch
- 1 stick butter (1/2 cup)

Preparation
Step 1
In a kettle, or dutch oven, fry bacon. Retain fat as desired and saute onion, celery and potato until tender.
Add oyster, whole or chopped, clams, shrimp and crab.
Stir in milk adding the seasoning. Add cornstarch, dissolved in a bit of milk, stir to just short of boiling and simmer for maybe half an hour.
