Marinara Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 can (35 oz blended)
  • 1 6oz can of tomato paste
  • Fresh garlic
  • Fresh onion (chopped)
  • Fresh basil

Preparation

Step 1



In a large pot, brown pork chop
Remove set aside.
Brown garlic & onion in olive oil.
Add plum tomatoes (already blended), tomato paste & basil.
Add pork chop to sauce & cook on low flame until thick (1 - 2 hours).
Stir occasionally.
