Ingredients

  • 3 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 lb breakfast sausage
  • 1 c carrots
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 c bbq sauce
  • 1 c of your favorite shredded cheese
  • 2 t salt
  • 2 t pepper
  • 1 t onion powder
  • 1 t garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

In a food processor puree onion, carrots and garlic.

Place ground beef in a bowl and add onion mix and remaining ingredients to beef.

Form hamburger patties to the size you like. With your knuckle, indent the center of the patties. This helps to keep them flat when cooking.
