LEMON STRUESEL POUND CAKE

Ingredients

  • 1 package golden pound cake mix
  • 1/2 cup crushed cinnamon graham crackers (about 5 squares)
  • Lemon glaze

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare cake mix as directed, except pour half the batter into the pan, sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Pour remaining batter over top. Bake and cool as directed. Spread with lemon glaze.

Glaze:

Mix 3/4 cups powdered sugar , 2 teaspoons grated lemon eppl, 2 teaspoons lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon water.
