LOBSTER FRIED RICE CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 2 cups long grain rice
  • 3-1/2 cups water
  • 1 pkg onion soup mix
  • 2 cups diced lobster (beef, chicken or pork may be a substitute)
  • 1 can mushrooms and juice
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup soya sauce
  • 1/2-1 cup celery, cut up
  • 1/2 cup green pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cover dish and stir once while cooking. Bake at 350-375 for 1-1/2 hours.
