Ingredients

  • 2 cans tomato paste (6 oz)
  • 1/2 tsp paprika & celery salt
  • 1/3 cup whit vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder & onion salt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3 TSP brown sugar
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • 1 TSP molasses
  • 3 # ribs
  • 1 TSP Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp liquid smoke

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix all ingredients (except ribs & 1/2 cup water) in bowl.
2. Add 1/2 cup water to pressure cooker.
3. Cut ribs into small pieces to fit into pressure cooker.
4. Generously coat with BBQ sauce that you mixed earlier.
5. Lean ribs against sides of pressure cooker standing upright.
6. Add remainder of BBQ sauce to water in bottom of cooker.
7. Securely lock lid & cook on high for 20 minutes.
8. Perform quick steam release. Remove lid.
9. For extra flavor, coat with additional BBQ sauce from cooker & grill for several minutes until charred.
