Ingredients
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1 1/2 cup prepared rice
- 1 box stuffing mix
- 6-8 chicken breasts cooked and shredded
- 1 can cream on mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 soup can of milk

Preparation
Step 1
In fry pan, melt butter and saute onions until transparent and stir in prepared rice and almonds. Spread rice layer in bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Combine soup and milk. Pour 1/2 soup mixture over rice layer. Spread prepared stuffing mixture over 1st layer. Arrange chicken on top. Pour remaining soup mixture on top. Place in 350 oven for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
