  • Filling:
  • 1.5 pounds cream cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla
  • Crust:
  • 18 graham crackers smashed into crumbs
  • 1 tbs butter
  • 1 tbs sugar
  • Topping:
  • 1.5 pint sour cream
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sugar



Step 1

Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar and mix with a fork. Press into bottom of 9x13 inch pan.

Cream together cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Pour over crust and bake at 325 for one hour.

Mix sour cream, vanilla, sugar to make topping. Take cheesecake from oven after one hour and carefully spread topping on cake. Return to oven and bake for 5 minutes.

Cool and the chill before serving.
