Saucy Mexican Chicken

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 jar (454 ml) salsa
  • 1 can (540 ml) black beans
  • 1 cup tex mex shredded cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook chicken on medium-high heat until browned on both sides. Add salsa and beans. Bring to boil, cover, and simmer on med-low heat 10 min or until chicken is done. Top with cheese. Remove from heat. Let stand, covered, 5 min. or until cheese is melted. Serve with rice.
