Ingredients
- 1 lb. Brussels sprouts
- 2 tab. butter
- 2 tab. olive oil
- 2 tab. fresh lemon juice
- 2 shallots, chopped
- 1/4 cup of chopped toasted hazelnuts
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Halve Brussels sprouts lengthwise and the thinly slice crosswise, discarding the ends. Saute in butter until crisp tender. Toss with olive oil, lemon juice, finely chopped shallots, hazelnuts, salt and pepper.
