Ingredients
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/2 small sweet onion, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup parmesan shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup Kraft sun dried tomato dressing, divided
- 1 skin on salmon fillet (1 1/2 lb/675 g) *I have used 4 skinless costco fillets
- 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Heat barbecue to medium heat.
Combine first 4 ingredients with 3 tbsp of the dressing.
Spray a large sheet of heavy duty foil with cooking spray.
Place foil on BBQ grate. Top with fish, flesh side down.
Grill 5 minutes; turn fish. Brush with remaining dressing.
Top with tomato mixture.
Grill 18 to 20 minutes, or until fish flakes with fork; top with basil
