Watergate Salad*

Ingredients

  • 1 package (3-1/2 oz) instant pistachio pudding
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1 carton (9 oz) thawed whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 1/4 cup coconut
  • 1 cup strawberries, fresh or whole frozen

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry pudding with drained pineapple. Add other ingredients, mixing after each addition, except strawberries.
Refrigerate over night or until set thick. Slice straw
berries and mix again.
