Ingredients
- TOPPING:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- Mix and press in 8x8" pan. Bake at 350 oven for 10 minutes. Cool.
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 tsp almond
- 1 cup fine coconut
- 2 cups small marshmallows
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 3 ingredients well together. Fold in coconut and marshmallows. Spread over first mixture. Chill well for 10-20 minutes. Cover with butter icing.
