Ingredients

  • ¼

    cup sugar

  • 2

    cups flour

  • 1

    tsp salt

  • 1

    tsp baking soda

  • 2

    egg whites

  • 3

    medium ripe bananas

  • cup chocolate chips

  • 6

    ounces vanilla yogurt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. In a large mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients. In another bowl, mix wet ingredients together. Add to dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring well. Mash bananas and add to mix. Fold in chocolate chips. Spray loaf panwith non-stick cooking spray. Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. (I recommend at least 1 hour & 15 minutes. You might want to cover with foil near the end if it is getting dark.)
