Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 (6 oz.) box chicken flavored stuffing mix, crushed
  • 6 boneless pork chops ( about 2 lbs)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat Von to 400 degrees. In a 13 x 9 baking dish, pour melted butter; set aside.
2. In a shallow dish, whisk flour, salt and pepper until combined. In a second shallow dish, whisk egg whites until foamy. In a 3rd shallow dish, place stuffing mix.
3. Dredge Pork Chops in flour mixture, shaking off excess. Dip in egg whites., letting excess drip off. Dredge chops in stuffing mix to coat. Place in prepared baking dish.
4. Bake for 8 minutes. Turn chops, and bake for 8 minutes longer or until desired degree of done ness. Serve immediately.
