- Chicken Breasts
- Plain Yogurt
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Jalapeño
- Tomato paste
- Garam masala
- Cumin
- Olive oil
- Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Chop garlic, add salt and smear into paste. Put in food processor along with chopped ginger, - grind. Add garlic/ginger mixture to yogurt,jalapeño pepper, olive oil, tomato paste and spices and mix in Tupperware. Add chicken and marinate for min of 4 hours.
