Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 2 pks. taco seasoning
- 1 large onion
- 2 cans diced tomatoes or 1 large can
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can black beans
- 2 can kidney beans
- 2 cans of corn
- 1 can Rotel tomato and green chili
- teaspoon each garlic powder and onion powder
- black pepper
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat with onion then drain off any fat
Add tomatoes and taco seasoning, simmer for a while
Add other ingredients and simmer for an hour, add beans during last 20-30 minutes
Serve with tortilla chips and grated cheddar cheese
Thin with water or broth if needed
If you want it hotter, can add a few dashes of crushed red pepper
