Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 5 chicken legs
- 1 to 2 tablespoons McGuffy's spice
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Tablespoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 tablespoon thyme
- 1 can comstock chicken broth (low sodium)
Preparation
Step 1
Wash chicken breasts and legs and pat dry.
Sprinkle McGuffey's spice and salt and pepper all over chicken.
Also add 1 tablespoon Poultry seasoning and 1/2 Tablespoon thyme to chicken. Pour 1 can chicken broth over the chicken and cook on low 4 hours. Really good.
